To allow discussions and arrangements for private filming, both parties may disclose confidential information.

Any non-public information marked or reasonably understood as confidential, including identities, locations, scripts, and logistics.

Use Confidential Information only for the stated purpose.
Do not disclose to third parties except to necessary service providers under confidentiality.
Protect with reasonable security measures.

Information that is public, already known without breach, independently developed, or disclosed by law/court order.

Confidentiality obligations survive for 5 years from disclosure.

Italy governing law.
